About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Head of Sales- GLASSWARE AND HOSPITALITY (HORECA) to drive business growth and lead sales operations in the glass industry, with a focus on glassware and the hospitality (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in sales leadership, key account management, revenue generation, and building relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, banquet chains, and institutional buyers.
• Manage key accounts and engage with procurement heads, F&B; directors, and other senior decision-makers.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, revenue targets, profit margins, credit terms, and promotional budgets.
• Identify new markets and develop strategies to strengthen the brand's presence in the hospitality and foodservice industry.

Required Qualifications & Experience• Minimum 10 years of experience specifically in the glass industry.
• Strong experience in sales management, business development, and key account management.
• Experience with glassware, tableware, or related glass products is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage institutional clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Experience in sales team leadership, revenue planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
