bEarly is a Chennai-based deep-tech medical technology company that has developed and commercialised paceB, an AI-integrated system for objective, quantifiable assessment of gait and foot function. The platform supports clinicians across neurology, foot care, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy.
We are seeking a commercially minded Brand Manager to strengthen paceB’s positioning, clinical credibility, and market adoption in partnership with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Leadership teams.

Role Overview
You will own paceB’s brand strategy and execution, shaping its positioning, identity, messaging, and market presence.You will translate complex clinical, biomechanics, medical-device,



and AI capabilities into a explicit, credible brand proposition that resonates with healthcare professionals and organisations.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, value proposition, identity, and messaging for clinician, hospital, and healthcare audiences.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across presentations, case studies, digital channels, events, campaigns, and competitive materials.
• Develop clinically credible content and campaigns that build awareness, trust, and preference for paceB.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to align brand priorities with product launches, customer needs, and commercial goals.
• Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and partners to strengthen advocacy, evidence, and brand credibility.
• Use market, customer, competitor, and performance insights to refine brand strategy and improve campaign effective
