We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service & Team Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing, OTT Lead Generation, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining workflows, managing client communication, coordinating social media activities, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of projects.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Team Coordination & Operations
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, OTT Lead Generation, and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely task execution.
• Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, monitor deadlines, and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain meeting notes, action items, and project updates while identifying and resolving coordination gaps.

2. Social Media Management




• Manage and schedule social media posts for in-house projects, company initiatives, and client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect creatives, captions, content, and approvals.
• Ensure timely publishing of approved content and maintain accurate posting schedules and trackers.

3. Client Coordination & Communication
• Act as a coordination point between clients and internal teams for marketing and content-related activities.
• Follow up on client requirements, feedback, approvals, and pending deliverables.
• Communicate project progress, publishing schedules, and updates professionally while supporting timely resolution of client queries.

4. Quality Control & Review
• Review presentations, business decks, marketing materials, and websites before sharing them with clients or publishing.
• Check grammar, content accuracy, formatting, visual consistency, links, contact details, and
