Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail and small business customers, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of queries. The Associate Relationship Manager will support customer onboarding, promote bank products such as deposits and loans,



and assist in credit processes in line with bank policies. Daily tasks include conducting customer meetings, monitoring account activity, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to branch-level business growth targets.
