Roles and Responsibilities

​1. Litigation Management & Strategy
a) End-to-end handling of all civil, criminal, land and property related, IBC, Sec 138 NI Act and other commercial litigation matters involving the company.
b) Liaise with external counsels to brief them on matters, draft and review pleadings, and track case progress.
c) Represent the company in court hearings, arbitrations, and before statutory authorities where required.
