Chillax Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager with a strong background in hotel and hospitality sales. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients and growing business across hotel bookings, corporate travel, MICE, conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach and acquire new corporate accounts.
• Develop relationships with corporate Administration, Procurement, HR and Travel teams.
• Generate business for hotel accommodation, meetings, conferences, incentives and corporate events.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records and submit regular forecasts.
• Coordinate with hotel partners and internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve agreed revenue targets and support payment follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Experience




• Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience in hotels or hospitality.
• Proven success in client acquisition, account management and achieving revenue targets.
• Solid corporate client network.
• Understanding of hotel contracting, room rates, banquet sales and MICE requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and travel as required.

Eligibility
Hospitality industry experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience in hotel corporate sales, banquet sales or hospitality business development are encouraged to apply.
