? Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers Welcome
? Compensation: Up to ₹11 LPA

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA
Variable Pay & Incentives: Up to ₹6.2 LPA

? Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Thursday off
? Work Timings:
• Monday–Saturday: 12:15 PM – 9:30 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM

? Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
? Laptop: Personal laptop mandatory (rental option available)

? What Will You Do?

✅ Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls
✅ Understand their career goals and upskilling needs
✅ Recommend programs in AI, Excel, Python, Power BI, Finance & Stock Market
✅ Build relationships, follow up with leads, and close sales




✅ Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly targets
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion

? Who Should Apply?

✔️ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✔️ Strong customer understanding and negotiation abilities
✔️ Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated mindset
✔️ Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
✔️ Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage
