About the Role:
The Senior Data Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses solid technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools. The role requires the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Conduct root cause analysis and performance assessments using quantitative methods.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Automate recurring reports and streamline data reporting processes.




Present analytical findings and business recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Validate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Establish data quality standards and monitor adherence.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data architecture.
Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
Develop KPIs and metrics frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Support data-driven initiatives through hypothesis testing and scenario analysis.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to drive business improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting.
