Role Description

The Service Manager role at Popular Bajaj is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Service Manager oversees daily service center operations, including scheduling and supervising service activities, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs, and maintaining workshop efficiency. This role involves managing service advisors and technicians, monitoring job cards, coordinating parts availability, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The Service Manager interacts directly with customers to understand service needs,



resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels, while tracking performance metrics, handling warranties, and implementing process improvements to meet business and manufacturer targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service management, preferably in two-wheeler or dealership environments.
• Strong people management skills, including team leadership, staff training, and performance supervision.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle queries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships.
• Technical understanding of motorcycle systems and service procedures, with the ability to guide technicians and ensure quality work.
• Operational and organizational skills for workshop planning, job card management, inventory coordination, and adherence to safety standards.
