Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Academic Counsellor. The Junior Academic Counsellor will support learners by providing guidance on academic pathways,



course selections, and skill development aligned with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, assisting with career counseling activities, and offering academic advising based on educational backgrounds and aspirations. The role involves helping students understand available programs and opportunities, tracking their progress, and preparing reports or documentation for internal stakeholders. The Junior Academic Counsellor will collaborate with senior counselors, educators, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, learner-focused experience and contribute to continuous improvement of counseling processes and resources.
