We’re Hiring | Junior HR Executive – IT Recruitment & Core HR

MindStack Labs LLP (formerly known as CodeX Lancers) is looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support IT recruitment for our growing technology team.
Location: Athwagate, Surat (Soon relocating to a larger facility in Adajan)
Work Mode: Full time | On-site
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days preferred
Workforce Scope: Managing HR operations and recruitment coordination for a 20+ member technology team (and rapidly scaling)

About the Role
This is a hands-on HR opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Core HR Operations, IT Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle Management, Attendance & Payroll Coordination, and Employee Engagement.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary HR point of contact at the office, taking ownership of daily HR activities while working closely with the Co-Founders for guidance, mentorship, and support in establishing effective HR processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities




HR Operations & Workforce Management
➣ Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination for the on-site team.
➣ Track employee attendance, leave requests, working hours, and related records.
➣ Handle routine employee queries and provide support for day-to-day HR requirements.
➣ Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
IT Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
➣ Support end-to-end recruitment for software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other technical positions.
➣ Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
➣ Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and feedback with candidates and the hiring team.
➣ Maintain recruitment pipelines and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
➣ Coordinate offer communication, joining confirmations, and recruitment documentation.
