Wellness Vibe is building and owning a recent category, DNA Repatterning, and this role sits at the center of that effort. The VP of Sales and Marketing owns the entire revenue-generating engine of the business, both the demand that gets created and the conversions that turn it into revenue, but this is fundamentally a marketing led role. The right person is someone who thinks like a growth marketer and category builder first, and who manages sales as an accountable output of that engine, not someone who comes from a sales background and treats marketing as a support function.
This person will be one of the most senior hires at Wellness Vibe, directing both the Marketing and Sales departments toward one unified number, while being the operational engine behind the company's category creation strategy, working directly alongside the Founder's vision and content, and driving the execution the category needs to actually take hold in the market.
What You'll OwnMarketing, the majority of this role:
● Full ownership of the paid acquisition engine for the mass webinar funnel, registrations,



cost per lead, and show-up rate, directing performance marketing execution, whether in-house or agency, to hit target numbers every cycle
● Ownership of the organic and content engine, ensuring Wellness Vibe consistently publishes category-defining content that builds the DNA Repatterning category, not just generic wellness content
● Direct involvement in Category Creation execution, the Lightning Strike calendar, thunderclap content ahead of major moments, and the ongoing cadence of content that reinforces the category's language and positioning
● Building and scaling the one-to-one funnel's lead generation, filling the natural idle capacity between webinar cycles
● Owning brand and category vocabulary consistency across every channel, ensuring the language Wellness Vibe has built- DNA Repatterning, the switch, the Reach Gap- is what the market actually hears and repeats
