Job Summary
EaseToLearn is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech, e-learning, or online education industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening brand positioning to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs,



and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilisation of resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and implement brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and present actionable insights to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the EdTech, e-learning, or online education industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
