Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive with good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office to manage client payment follow-ups, maintain customer and vendor ledgers, confirm payments, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and the sales team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making daily phone calls, tracking outstanding payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities• Payment Follow-ups: Call clients regarding outstanding balances, overdue payments, and payment commitments.
• Payment Confirmation: Contact clients to confirm payments and coordinate with the accounts team to verify receipts.
• Ledger Maintenance: Prepare, update, and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
• Vendor Coordination: Make calls to vendors regarding outstanding payments, payment confirmations, invoices,



and account statements.
• Sales Team Coordination: Follow up with sales executives for pending collections, payment updates, client commitments, and outstanding dues.
• MS Office & Reporting: Maintain Excel sheets, prepare daily collection reports, track outstanding balances, and generate ageing reports.
• Documentation: Maintain payment records, invoices, receipts, bank transaction details, and account statements.
• Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on collections, pending payments, overdue accounts, and follow-up status to management.

Required Qualifications• B.Com in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• BBA Finance, MBA Finance or M.Com candidates may also apply.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounts, finance, or payment collection coordination.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
