Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Working closely with the Business Head, this role ensures that the talent acquisition process effectively attracts, identifies, and hires top talent to meet the business’s current and future needs. TA will also foster relationships with internal stakeholders and build a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the Business Head and BHR to create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business objectives and growth.
• Analyze workforce needs and develop recruitment plans that address skill gaps and future talent requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain solid relationships with the Business Head and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide insights on talent market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders,



providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and recruitment processes.

Recruitment Process Management

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Employer Branding

• Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent, including creating engaging job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and social media content.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership And Development

• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.
• Establish clear performance metrics
