About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Client Servicing & Conceptualization who can transform client briefs into compelling experiential concepts and winning pitch presentations.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset, capable of understanding client objectives, developing cutting-edge ideas, preparing high-impact presentation decks, and confidently presenting concepts to senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Client Understanding & Strategy
• Meet clients to understand business objectives, communication goals, and event requirements.
• Interpret client briefs and convert them into strategic creative directions.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and lead ideation for pitches and proposals.
• Build long-term relationships by becoming a trusted strategic partner for clients.

Concept Development
Develop original concepts and experience strategies for:
• Corporate Events
• Brand Activations
• Government Projects
• Exhibitions
• Conferences & Summits
• Festivals
• Tourism Experiences




• Product Launches
• Experiential Marketing Campaigns

Presentation Development
• Develop compelling pitch presentations with a clear storyline and persuasive narrative.
• Create mood boards, inspiration references, colour palettes, experience maps, and visual directions.

Pitch Leadership
• Present concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Lead client discussions, respond to feedback, and refine concepts accordingly.
• Work alongside the business development team during pitches and competitive presentations.
• Represent the creative vision while balancing feasibility, budget, and client objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with 3D designers, graphic designers, production teams, content writers, and project managers.
• Guide creative teams to ensure concepts are translated accurately into visuals and execution plans.
