Role Description

The Site Civil Engineer – Structures will be responsible for supervising and monitoring structural construction activities at the project site in Maganoor. This is a full-time, in office role involving day-to-day supervision of site works, ensuring proper execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

The role includes monitoring construction activities, checking reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works, verifying dimensions and levels, coordinating with site supervisors and workers, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The engineer will also assist in material inspections, maintain daily site records, report work progress to senior engineers,



and identify and resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the concerned team.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in site supervision of structural and civil construction works.
- Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and other structural activities.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of basic site measurements, levels, and dimensional checks.
- Familiarity with construction quality control procedures and material inspections.
- Understanding of construction safety practices and site safety requirements.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Ability to maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and civil engineering tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site at Maganoor
