Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
• Generate business leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Connect with architects, builders, contractors, and potential clients to introduce Qwind’s products and solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and prospective leads to convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Schedule client meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Showroom Management & Customer Experience




• Welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable product features, specifications, and solutions.
• Follow up with showroom visitors and prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Ensure product samples, displays, and showroom presentation are maintained properly.
• Maintain records of showroom visitors, inquiries, follow-ups, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for product information, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure a professional, informative, and welcoming experience for every showroom visitor.

Sales Administration & Coordination
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
• Update customer information and sales activities using MS Excel or CRM software.
