Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Ratan Technologies’ software products,



with a particular focus on RatanHR and other core solutions. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, engage prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solution demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also requires close coordination with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and prospect qualification.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship skills to maintain, grow, and retain key customer accounts.
