•  Minimum 8 years of overall experience
• Should have lead a role of Security + Core HR lead and

should have direct interaction with client.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Fusion security, should

be able to create custom security roles and be able to
work with design studio to deliver the required level of
access to fusion pages as needed by client.
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a

Functional Consultant in Security/Core hr modules.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the

below modules
o Fusion HCM Security
o Core HR
• Valuable to have the knowledge on below modules

o Fusion Talent and learn
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases

and documentation
