Dr. Morepen Home is growing its premium at-home IV therapy service. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has previously sold IV therapies or aesthetic treatment packages and can turn enquiries into paid bookings and repeat customers.

Prior experience selling IV therapy, particularly glutathione, is strongly preferred. Candidates with a proven sales record in dermatology, aesthetics or premium wellness services will also be considered.

What you will own
- Manage enquiries through calls and WhatsApp, from first conversation to payment and booking.
- Explain services, pricing and the consultation process using doctor-approved information.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate clinical assessment before treatment
confirmation.
- Handle pricing objections and follow up consistently with interested customers.
- Sell suitable packages and manage repeat bookings in line with the clinician's recommended plan.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and operations for a smooth at-home experience.




- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up dates and booking status.
- Own monthly collected revenue, lead conversion and repeat customer targets.
- Work with the founding team to improve sales scripts and the customer journey.

Who we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of consumer or patient-facing sales experience, ideally including at least one year
directly selling IV therapy or closely related aesthetic treatments.
- A demonstrable record of achieving revenue targets and converting enquiries into paying customers.
- Solid communication in Hindi and English, with confidence serving premium customers.
- Excellent follow-up discipline, comfort using CRM tools and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to build trust, set realistic expectations and refer medical questions to clinicians.
