Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Reservations & Vendor Management Executive to manage hotel procurement and accommodation booking operations for corporate travelers. The role involves handling end-to-end hotel reservations, negotiating competitive rates, maintaining robust vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless booking experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing costs, expanding the hotel partner network, monitoring service quality, and driving operational efficiency while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Booking Management:
• Handle end-to-end hotel reservations for corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.

Vendor Relations & Negotiation:




• Collaborate with hotels to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals.
• Identify and onboard new hotel partners to expand the accommodation network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing hotel vendors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with hotels, securing favorable terms, exclusive rates, and added benefits.
• Review and update rate contracts regularly to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve booking efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure hotels meet company quality standards and deliver consistent service across locations.
• Conduct regular reviews and gather client feedback to assess hotel performance.
