1. Job Summary
Arka Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and management information systems (MIS).

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Tally Prime, GST computation and filing, TDS computation and return filing, bank reconciliation, ledger management, and preparation of monthly MIS reports.

The candidate must be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely statutory compliance, identifying accounting discrepancies, and providing reliable financial information to management for business decisions.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A.



Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Record and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, expense vouchers, journal entries, payment entries, and receipt entries.
• Maintain general ledger, customer ledger, vendor ledger, and expense accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting classification and allocation of all business expenses.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded on time.
• Review and verify invoices, supporting documents, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform regular ledger scrutiny and identify incorrect, duplicate, or missing entries.
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records of financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile credit ca
