ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – K-12 School Partnerships & Travel to develop and grow our Chandigarh school network.
This opportunity is specifically for a candidate who already has experience in school tours, student travel, educational travel or the K-12 education industry.




The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the school ecosystem and experience engaging with Principals, Vice Principals, Teachers, Activity Coordinators, School Administrators and Travel/Trip Coordinators.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new school partnerships, leveraging existing relationships, generating business opportunities, presenting educational travel programs, selling customised itineraries and driving revenue from the K-12 segment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. K-12 School Business Development
• Identify and develop current school accounts across Chandigarh
• Build relationships with school decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Principals, Teachers, School Administrators, Activity Heads and Travel/Trip Coordinators.
• Identify schools planning domestic and international educational trips.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential school accounts.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and business discussions with schools.
