We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee human resource operations, manage recruitment, support employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth joining process for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and guidelines in line with company requirements.




• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leaves, punctuality, and working schedules.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, employee feedback, goal setting, and improvement plans.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the relevant teams for salary processing, payroll inputs, reimbursements, and employee records.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and support initiatives to improve employee skills, productivity, and performance.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Plan engagement activities, encourage team collaboration, and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, employment documents, and HR databases while supporting applicable labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
