Role Description he chance
We build software for government and enterprise buyers, and we are at the point where the product is ahead of the story.
This is a founding marketing role. You will not inherit a system; you will design it, build it and run it. You will sit next to the founders, decide how the company sounds and looks, and be the person who turns a strong product into a brand that B2B and B2G buyers recognise and trust.

What you will build and own
1. The brand foundation
• Define positioning, messaging, tone of voice and brand guidelines (logo usage, colour, typography, templates).
• Create the master narrative: who we are, who we serve, why we win.
2. The content engine
• Own content strategy across website, blog, emailers, case studies, whitepapers, product one-pagers and founder-led thought leadership.
• Write the first versions yourself, with a high bar for clarity and credibility, and set the editorial calendar for everything that follows.

3. The collateral and sales-enablement kit
• Build company decks, product brochures, capability statements, tender-ready and pitch-ready material that the sales and pre-sales teams can use.
• Keep everything consistent, current and easy to find.

4. Digital presence
• Set up and run our website content, LinkedIn, X and other relevant channels, with the right automation and scheduling tools to keep the load manageable.
• Evaluate and recommend the marketing and social media management stack (scheduling, analytics, listening, email, CRM-lite).
5. PR and visibility
• Build media relationships, plan announcements and handle press outreach
