Company Description TalentDraft is an AI-powered hiring platform built for the Indian fresher job market (candidates with 0–2 years of experience). Candidates get their resume scored by AI, complete a short written interview, and get matched to relevant roles based on merit, not just connections. Recruiters get a streamlined dashboard showing pre-scored, matched candidates, making it easy to compare, shortlist, and reach out directly, no manual resume screening required. Candidates build their profile once and stay discoverable to recruiters, instead of repeatedly applying to job after job. TalentDraft's mission is easy: remove the noise from fresher hiring. Currently free for candidates, and free for recruiters during beta.
