About Sugar360
Sugar360 is an early-stage diabetes care startup headquartered in Siliguri. We build partner clinics where the doctor leads care, and we bring the care team, lab, pharmacy, app, and brand so patients are supported every day, not just at visits. We are now taking this model across East and Northeast India.
Why this role is different:
• You will be the first person to take Sugar360 into current cities; what you see on the ground shapes where we go next.
• You will spend most weeks in the field, meeting doctors across towns big and small.
• You start as a one-person team with direct access to leadership. As your markets grow, you help build the team that follows.

Base: Stay where you are in East or Northeast India; no relocation needed. Travel across Assam and the Northeast, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha,



and parts of West Bengal.
Experience: 2 to 6 years in field roles meeting doctors. Not open to freshers.
Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance incentives plus TA/DA as per actuals.

About the role
You will open doors for Sugar360. We give you doctor lists, market maps, and contacts. You meet the doctor in person and start the relationship. Our leadership team takes it forward from there. For most doctors, you will be the first face of Sugar360.

What you will do
• Check our doctor lists on the ground and find who really sees a lot of diabetes patients
• Meet MD Medicine and DM Endocrinology doctors and start the conversation using our doctor kit
• Handle first questions, agree on a next step, and mark each doctor hot, warm, cold, or not a fit
• Call back doctor enquiries within 24 hours
• Log everything in Zoho CRM daily and send a weekly report every Saturday
