Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and creative Content Strategist with 4 years of agency experience to join our core team at Blue Ocean IMC.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that bridges high-level content planning, client servicing, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining brand communication frameworks, leading client strategy discussions, managing editorial pipelines, and directing on-site video/photo shoots for our portfolio across lifestyle, wellness, tech, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Narrative Building
• Develop end-to-end multi-channel content strategies, brand positioning guidelines,



and campaign communication frameworks.
• Conceptualise and manage comprehensive editorial calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Newsletters, Web).
• Translate client business goals into compelling digital narratives, thought leadership angles, and strategic creative campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage performance metrics to refine content directions continuously.

2. Client Servicing & Account Ownership
• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for key client accounts, leading day-to-day communication and strategic presentations.
• Lead client meetings, pitch ideas confidentially, address feedback constructively, and ensure brand continuity across all deliverables.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and turnarounds with composure and clear, professional communication.
