About The Role
We are looking for a Manager – ESG & Sustainability to build and manage Scimplify’s ESG reporting and sustainability processes end-to-end.
This is a hands-on,
cross-functional role for someone who can build the ESG reporting capability from the ground up—bringing together data from multiple functions, establishing reporting processes, identifying relevant disclosures, preparing sustainability reporting, maintaining supporting documentation, and coordinating with external consultants, auditors and assurance partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures, while being comfortable working closely with business and functional teams to collect, validate and consolidate data.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Reporting & Disclosures
• Set up and manage the company’s end-to-end ESG reporting process.
• Lead the preparation of Scimplify’s initial sustainability / ESG report.
• Identify and map relevant ESG disclosures, reporting requirements and applicable frameworks.
• Develop and maintain ESG reporting calendars, data templates, processes and documentation.
• Ensure ESG disclosure
