Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to promote Sri Narasu’s product portfolio, identify current market opportunities, and support revenue growth.



Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers and distributors, managing local promotions, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and institutional partners. The role also involves tracking sales performance, gathering market feedback, coordinating training for channel partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with brand standards. The specialist is expected to represent the brand professionally, support periodic events and trade activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience.
