Your Mission
Your role is to help build Novella into a global luxury brand.
You will work directly with the founder across brand growth, partnerships, client relationships, marketing and revenue generation. This is a high-ownership role where you will help shape the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Build strategic partnerships with venues, planners, luxury brands and industry associates.
• Generate business opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth.
• Represent Novella confidently in client meetings, networking events and partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, business families and key stakeholders.
• Support marketing campaigns, brand communication and business development initiatives.
• Identify new growth opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Work closely with the founder on brand expansion, recent initiatives and long-term growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of business and revenue growth.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and senior professionals.
• Confident using Canva, Google Workspace and presentation tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, digital marketing or performance marketing will be an added advantage.
• Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
