Role Summary
The Full-Stack Developer will support the Digitalisation Cell in building and maintaining scalable web applications across the institute's digital transformation initiatives. The role will contribute across both front-end and back-end development, working with Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript to develop applications, APIs, database solutions, and interactive user experiences. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performance-oriented technology solutions.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, including Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Build and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimisation,



and stored procedures.
• Develop front-end components and interactive features using JavaScript, including contemporary frameworks where applicable.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs to enable effective communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Follow clean coding, documentation, version control, and development best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical capabilities.
