Role Description The Donor Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders. The role involves planning and executing donor engagement activities, overseeing annual giving campaigns, and ensuring timely communication and stewardship, including impact reports,



acknowledgments, and events. The Donor Relations Manager will coordinate with program teams to gather data and success stories, convert them into compelling donor-facing communication, and support fundraising proposals and presentations. The position also includes maintaining accurate donor records, monitoring donor commitments, and using project management practices to track progress on donor-related initiatives and campaigns. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify funding opportunities and enhance overall donor experience is a key component of the role.
