Role Description The Executive Vice President role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.



The Executive Vice President will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and ensure alignment of commercial, technical, and operational teams with the company’s vision. Daily responsibilities include leading large-scale parking infrastructure projects, managing key client relationships, and supervising end-to-end execution from design to installation and service. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The Executive Vice President will also mentor senior leaders, represent the organization in high-level negotiations, and collaborate closely with the founding and leadership team to expand HPIPL’s footprint across India and international markets.
