Role Description The Marketing and Admin Officer at IELC Koramangala is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative operations, including managing records, supporting admissions processes, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems. The Officer will support marketing activities such as coordinating events, assisting with outreach campaigns, updating school communication channels,



and supporting parent engagement initiatives. Daily tasks also include responding to inquiries from parents and visitors, providing courteous customer service, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. The role involves close collaboration with academic and administrative teams to uphold the school’s standards of excellence and provide a welcoming, organized environment for families and staff.
Pre-requisites:
• Prior experience in an educational or service-oriented environment is preferred.
• Bachelor & Master’s degree in administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism.
