About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – Outbound GTM & Partnerships to drive pipeline growth, build strategic partnerships, and scale outbound GTM initiatives for Pixelo Digital and Prospectoo, our B2B GTM intelligence platform.

This role combines outbound strategy, business development, GTM automation, and revenue ownership. You will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing,



and product teams to build scalable outbound systems, identify new growth opportunities, and develop partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS experience, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on expertise in outbound automation, multi-channel prospecting, and partnership-led growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outbound GTM strategies aligned with business objectives, target markets, and revenue goals.
• Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and target accounts to build focused, high-converting outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, calling, and other relevant channels.
• Own outbound pipeline generation, establish performance targets, and track qualified leads, meetings, SQLs, opportunity creation, and revenue contribution.
