About Technocraft Associates
Technocraft Associates is a Mumbai-based infrastructure construction company with over three decades of experience delivering public and government infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. Our work includes civil construction and renovation of primary health centres, railway infrastructure, government offices, staff quarters, student housing and other institutional projects. We undertake projects end-to-end, from site execution through to completion and handover.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Procurement & Vendor Coordination Executive to coordinate with project sites, vendors and contractors and ensure timely availability of materials and smooth procurement operations across projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with project sites to understand material requirements and follow up with vendors for timely supply.
• Track material orders, dispatches and deliveries across different sites in Maharashtra and resolve delays, shortages or other operational issues.




• Identify and onboard new vendors/suppliers based on project requirements, availability and pricing.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with vendors for rates, availability and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with vendors for timely submission of bills, invoices and required documents and coordinate with accounts for processing payments.
• Create and maintain a easy Excel-based tracker for material requirements, orders, deliveries, pending issues and vendor bills.
• Prepare weekly / fortnightly procurement and project progress reports for management.
• Maintain vendor records and track pending commitments and unresolved issues.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, vendors, contractors and management to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchase, vendor coordination or construction operations.
• Experience in construction/infrastructure/real estate preferred.
• Basic understanding of construc
