About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional who can drive admissions, close high-value deals, and contribute to the overall performance of our sales team.
This is a hands-on sales role that combines individual sales responsibilities with team coordination and support. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling prospective students, converting high-intent leads into admissions, managing sales conversations, and helping team members improve their conversion rates.
The candidate will be expected to actively participate in calling and closing.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Sales Closures: Handle prospective students, understand their requirements, explain course offerings,



address objections, and successfully convert leads into admissions.
• High-Value Conversions: Manage high-ticket sales conversations, handle fee-related objections, and close high-value admissions effectively.
• Team Support & Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, guide team members on handling objections, follow-ups, and closing techniques, and help improve overall conversion rates.
• Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps in the sales process, and implement strategies to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Lead Conversion: Ensure timely follow-ups on company-provided leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Share practical insights on customer behavior, objections, pricing concerns, and effective closing techniques.
