We are looking for an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist with hands-on experience in Device42 or equivalent ITAM/CMDB platforms.

The role focuses on automated asset discovery, network dependency mapping, asset lifecycle management, and governance to ensure compliance, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Deploy and manage Device42 or similar platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, Lansweeper, Flexera, BMC Helix) for automated asset discovery
• Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, licenses, and configurations
• Reconcile discovered assets with CMDB and ITSM systems
• Perform network discovery and dependency mapping to maintain accurate infrastructure topology
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to validate asset relationships and connectivity
• Define and enforce ITAM policies across procurement, usage, and retirement
• Track the full lifecycle of IT assets ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, reporting, and governance reviews




• Align ITAM processes with ITIL, ISO, and organizational governance frameworks
• Work with ITSM, procurement, and finance teams to align asset management with business goals
• Train teams on ITAM tools and best practices
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ITAM platforms and processes

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Device42 or equivalent ITAM/CMDB tools
• Strong knowledge of network discovery, dependency mapping, and asset lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
• Experience in governance, compliance, and audit support
• Robust analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL or ITAM certifications
• Experience integrating ITAM tools with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Freshservice
• Background in IT infrastructure, networking, or enterprise systems
