Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Service Engineer role based in Wanaparthy. The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical services and support to customers and stakeholders,



ensuring optimal use of cement and related products in various applications. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting product or application-related issues at project sites, conducting performance evaluations, and recommending technical solutions. The role involves working closely with sales and project teams, preparing technical reports, conducting product demonstrations and trainings, and sharing feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement. The Technical Service Engineer will also support quality assurance initiatives and promote best practices in cement usage and construction techniques in line with company standards.
