About the Role
Systech IT Solutions Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive direct
enterprise business across Corporate, SMB, Education, and Government segments. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for new customer acquisition, strategic account management, enterprise solution selling, and revenue
growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct enterprise sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Acquire new corporate and enterprise customers across assigned regions.
• Build and manage relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts.
• Sell and position enterprise solutions including:
o IT Infrastructure
o Servers & Storage
o Networking & Security
o Endpoint & Cybersecurity
o Cloud & Managed Services
o Enterprise Computing & Collaboration Solutions




• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collections.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams for solution positioning and proposal
submissions.
• Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Enterprise IT Sales / Solution Sales.
• Proven experience in handling direct corporate and enterprise customers.
• Positive understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solution selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large accounts and multiple opportunities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong business development mindset
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in enterprise solutions from Lenovo, HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Networking,
Cybersecurity, Cloud, Server
