About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Accountant to manage accounting operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, TDS compliance, and audit support. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and the ability to ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. Accounts Payable (AP)




• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices against supporting documents and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Track outstanding liabilities and ensure timely settlements. Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Generate and process customer invoices.
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment-related issues.
• Prepare receivables aging reports and collection summaries and Invoice Processing
• Review, validate, and process purchase and sales invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and clarifications.
• Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation.
