Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing users, explain PrimeRishta.com’s services, and convert inquiries into paid memberships through consultative selling and relationship-building.



Daily responsibilities include managing leads via calls, messages, and emails, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable service packages, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with matchmaking and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company’s values, provide empathetic guidance in sensitive conversations, and contribute feedback on user trends and market opportunities.
