Wise Vets Academy is an online veterinary education platform offering courses for BVSc & AH students, State Veterinary Officer examinations, ICAR PG, UPSC Veterinary Science Optional, and international veterinary licensing examinations.

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive course sales, counsel students, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students and leads.
2. Student Counselling: Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
3. Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into paid course enrollments.
4. Follow-ups: Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp to improve conversion rates.
5. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.

Query Resolution: Address questions related to courses, fees, batches, validity, and learning facilities.
7. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records, call updates, follow-up status, and sales reports in the designated CRM.
8. Relationship Building: Build trust with students and parents through professional communication and timely support.
9. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
10. Performance Tracking: Maintain required calling activity, follow-up discipline, and sales productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, counselling, or EdTech sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
