About the Role

FITPASS is looking for a hands-on Business Manager to acquire new B2B clients and manage existing partnerships across banks, insurance companies, corporates and other institutional partners. The candidate will work closely with the Partnerships & Institutional Alliances team to drive business growth and own account execution, from prospecting and commercial closure to launches, ongoing operations, renewals and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, outreach, referrals and networking; build a qualified pipeline of business opportunities.
• Drive new business acquisition through pricing discussions, commercial negotiations and closure, working with the Partnerships & Institutional Alliances lead.
• Track the sales pipeline, maintain timely follow-ups and drive opportunities towards conversion and revenue growth.
• Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients, understand their requirements, present FITPASS offerings and develop suitable partnership proposals.




• Manage client relationships and senior stakeholders; drive renewals, cross-selling and account expansion while ensuring delivery against agreed commitments.
• Coordinate agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs) and addenda with Legal and partners; ensure scope, commercials, effective dates and obligations are accurately documented and implemented.
• Drive onboarding and launches, coordinating membership offerings, customer journeys, eligibility, verification, network coverage, integrations and launch assets.
• Work with KAMs and Product, Technology, Network, Operations, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams to resolve dependencies and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Analyse partner sourcing, activations, utilisation, revenue and service costs; prepare MIS, presentations and business reviews, and recommend corrective actions.
