Role: Digital Adoption Consultant /Specialist
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (WFO 5 days)
Experience: 2+ years
Shift: Night shift : 5 PM - 2 AM (Transportation provided)

What your role will look like:
• Work with global customers to identify target audience training needs and derive actionable insights to improve digital adoption.
• Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the Product Ecosystem.
• Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and client engagements concurrently.
• Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure deliverable consistency and compliance across all projects.
• Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance process efficiency for customers.

We would like you to bring along:
• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.
• Basic Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong learning appetite to become a certified expert on Products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with an analytical mindset to resolve bottlenecks and complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
