At YourDOST, we're looking for a smart, driven and highly organised individual to work directly with our Co-founder on initiatives that cut across the organisation.

This is not a typical internship where you'll be assigned a fixed set of tasks. You'll work on whatever needs to move the organisation forward, from solving operational challenges to building systems and driving new initiatives.

What you'll work on
• People & Culture: Support hiring, performance management, culture-building and other people initiatives.
• Execution & Governance: Work with functional leaders to track priorities, drive follow-ups, build accountability and ensure things get done.
• Systems & Processes: Create structures,



processes and governance mechanisms that help teams operate better.
• Technology & Analytics: Build dashboards, reports and automations using spreadsheets, AI and no-code tools.
• New Initiatives: Research, experiment, launch and eventually own projects end-to-end.

Who we're looking for
• Exceptionally organised, disciplined and reliable. Someone who doesn't need repeated follow-ups.
• Smart, curious and resourceful. Someone who figures things out rather than waiting for instructions.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Comfortable working with people, following up with senior leaders and holding conversations with confidence.
• High ownership. If you commit to something, you see it through.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, AI tools and technology to improve how work gets done.
