Role Description The Customer Service Account Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for managing client accounts and delivering high-quality customer support. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. The role involves tracking customer requests, updating account information,



and coordinating with internal teams to address service needs or escalations. The Customer Service Account Representative will also monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to improve processes, and support account management activities such as follow-ups, reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires consistent professional communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting customer and client expectations.
Qualifications
