Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Associate Account Manager to lead campaign execution and manage client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
● Understand client brand identity and develop strategic brand plans.
● Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns and digital strategies.
● Manage and review reports, JSRs, and campaign performance.
● Collaborate with teams to execute content calendars, campaigns, and pitches.
● Supervise vendor management, invoicing, and financial tracking.
● Conduct brand analysis and derive insights for optimization.
● Act as the point of contact for client and internal escalations.
● Lead team performance through feedback, mentoring, and regular reviews.
● Ensure timely delivery of tasks across brands and maintain workflow efficiency.




● Build and maintain strong client relationships and communication.

Preferred Skills:
● 3–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
● Prior experience in team handling and campaign management preferred.
● Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting.
